Hospital Inventory Management Analyst with English

About the role

The Hospital Inventory Management Analyst ensures that hospitals across Europe and the Middle East have the right products available at the right time. Working within an international team, you will collaborate with Hospital Operations, Customer Service and external suppliers to maintain accurate inventory levels and support uninterrupted patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies and perform monthly reconciliation activities.
• Create, review and manage purchase orders, track deliveries and follow up on delays or incomplete shipments.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice disputes and logistics issues.
• Investigate root causes of operational problems, coordinate corrective actions and escalate critical risks.
• Support business reviews with data‑driven insights and ensure master data accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and external suppliers as the primary point of contact for inventory inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, customer service or operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).
