Regional Sales Manager – HVAC/Refrigeration (Czech Market)

About the role

IMP PUMPS CZ, a subsidiary of a family‑owned pump manufacturer with 80 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Czech market. You will develop sales of circulating pumps and HVAC/refrigeration solutions across Prague and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue and achieve sales targets while increasing regional market share.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships through wholesalers, dealers, distributors, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide technical product information, support customers through the sales cycle, and manage projects from enquiry to order.

Required profile

• Educated to A‑level/HNC/HND level, preferably with an engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven sales track record and an established network in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills to influence key decision‑makers.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems and circulating pumps.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
