Sales Consultant – Field Sales for Prague, Pilsen & Karlovy Vary

About the role

Crown is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to cover the Prague, Pilsen and Karlovy Vary regions. You will be the primary contact for customers, building relationships and delivering tailored material handling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and collaborate with service, internal sales and technical teams.
• Develop and grow your own sales territory.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑oriented, result‑driven and interested in technical industrial products.
• English at B2 level and a valid Category B driver’s licence.

• Professional B2B sales approach.

• Fixed salary CZK 55,000 per month plus on‑target earnings up to CZK 110,000.
