Content Enablement Product Manager

About the role

The Content Enablement Product Manager leads the global strategy and delivery of content management and campaign enablement platforms for Animal Health. Reporting to the Director of Digital Solutions, you will shape technology that streamlines planning, creation, review, approval, localization and activation of commercial content.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and multi‑year strategy for platforms such as Veeva Promomats and Adobe Workfront, plus AI‑enabled content tools.
• Partner with Commercial, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance teams to translate business goals into product requirements, prioritize features and ensure global‑regional balance.
• Lead the full product lifecycle: ideation, design, configuration, testing, deployment and continuous improvement, managing backlogs and release plans.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budget planning and RFP processes for platform providers.
• Drive KPIs on content quality, cycle times, reuse and compliance, and champion AI adoption for creation, modular content and translation.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in IT product management supporting regulated commercial content or campaign solutions.
• Proven track record with enterprise platforms (Veeva Promomats, Adobe Workfront or similar) and end‑to‑end content lifecycles.
• Experience working in global, matrixed environments with Commercial, Marketing or Sales functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
