Marketing Manager – Digital Channels & CRM

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Digital Channels, CRM & Analytics team within Deutsche Börse Group. You will shape and execute digital marketing strategies for our Cash Market platforms, supporting entities such as Deutsche Börse, Eurex, Eurex Clearing and Eurex Repo.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously optimise the Cash Market website presence across Deutsche Börse platforms.
• Develop and manage the Deutsche Börse Xetra and Frankfurt retail channels.
• Lead SEO initiatives in collaboration with product, sales and subject‑matter experts.
• Manage Salesforce‑based CRM activities, including lead management, customer journeys, newsletters and email campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse and report marketing performance using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Plan and execute customer satisfaction surveys and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support the evaluation and rollout of AI‑driven marketing tools and processes.
• Explore and grow new digital channels such as YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets and exchange products.
• Proactive, self‑driven and able to work independently in an international environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
