Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Wrike is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join its EMEA demand generation team. You will design and execute full‑stack regional marketing programs, leveraging AI to amplify impact and align closely with sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale regional demand‑generation campaigns, including online events, in‑person gatherings, and webinars.
• Partner with sales leaders to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and booking targets.
• Represent marketing on strategic sales calls, educating teams about upcoming activities.
• Coordinate pre‑event, at‑event, and post‑event strategies in collaboration with the global event manager.
• Lead the creation and execution of localized webinars alongside the webinar manager.
• Implement targeted account‑based strategies to support account‑based selling.
• Work with the content team to produce new marketing assets for outbound and sales use.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in demand generation or B2B marketing within the EMEA region.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with international customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort with using AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
