Total Rewards Partner – Sales Market (Czech, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary)

About the role

As a Total Rewards Partner you will work closely with the Sales Market covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary. You will ensure that compensation, benefits and mobility programs are aligned with H&M’s global Total Rewards strategy while remaining relevant to local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver and govern Total Rewards practices that are consistent, compliant and competitive.
• Lead execution of compensation, benefits, mobility and other rewards programs for the Sales Market.
• Support implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles.
• Oversee annual rewards processes, including salary reviews, incentive planning, budgeting and market benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and local legislation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Global Total Rewards teams to enable data‑driven reward decisions.
• Provide expert advice and training to HR and senior leaders on compensation and benefits topics.
• Analyze internal and market data to maintain equitable and competitive reward practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid background in compensation and benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in an international or matrix environment.
• Ability to translate complex reward frameworks into clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data and benchmarking.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting reward‑related decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with fluency in English.
